Dust-Chan is a Chan whose main records are from within her adolescence, due to the importance of her being chosen as a sacrent in that time. The manifestation of all things dust, from the dust bunnies under your bed to the moths fluttering forgotten in your attic, she had practiced the ability to control dust through channeling.
Although she appears human to others- at least, compared to her more animalistic contemporaries- a shock of sky-blue hair and rabbit ears crowned atop her head give her away as a Chan. Constantly covered in dust, no amount of arduous bathing can keep her clean for long, so long as there's a source of dust nearby. Dust-Chan has no adverse reaction to dust particles, though others around her may find themselves with an itch in their eyes or a need to sneeze. This consequently sometimes repels others away from her, a shame for such a sociable Chan.
As mentioned previously, Dust-Chan has the ability to manipulate dust. For this, 'dust' is largely defined as any fine, dry particle, such as sand and dirt. From plumes of dust to large-scale dust storms, Dust-Chan is capable of moving it all at her will.

From the materials that we have on hand, Dust-Chan was said to be born into poverty in a run-down village. Raised by a single mother, she had to flee on her own in adolescence to escape a terrible fate. It's around here that it is known she was approached by the Dream-Chan, Morphia, and was offered to become a sacrent to her. Due to her young age and predicament, Morphia helped Dust-Chan navigate the world by blessing her with a dreamlike vision of reality. This is what we know- along with some idea that, because of Dust-Chan's strong connection to the sleep Chans, there was perhaps a struggle between Morphia and Phoebe, the Chan of Nightmares, to claim Dust-Chan as their sacrent.
