Guillotine-Chan is one of the rare few Chans known to have lived far beyond the Pale Era. A member of an apolitical assassin group, she began working with them within the shadows.
While Guillotine-Chan appears human, a few notable traits distinguish her. Shiny, silvery hair grows from her head, ending like a razor at the bang. Her right hand is always gloved, concealing a hand she utilizes as a blade- the outer edge sharpened and able to cut through flesh and bone. Moreso a quirk, Guillotine-Chan has a slit that goes around the middle of her neck, and when pulling on her head, can decapitate herself.
Working as an assassin, Guillotine-Chan utilizes her right hand to slice the heads off her targets as her primary way of killing. This is also a form of channeling essence, the action akin to a guillotine's movement. She is also capable of utilizing short blades, and is known for being silent, opting to work and move quickly. It's not known what determines someone to be a target.
